Front desk personnel was amazing. They directed us to the nearest attractions, which is the Rockefeller 2 blocks on the right side and on the left side 2 blocks Times Square. "We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."
