"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a really rainy week in Cornwall, but our holiday was nevertheless wonderful, in large part due to this wonderful holiday cottage and the delightful hosts, John and Karen. The cottage is just a short walk from the idyllic harbour in Mousehole with a handful of great pubs and restaurants. The cottage itself is brilliantly set up for a family, with two good size en suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, toys and games, and a big pool (that we braved despite the rain...!). "Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby."

"Had a lovely short stay in this cottage with family. James is very helpful and always available to answer any queries. It was quite hot due to weather so a suggestion to provide pedestal fans in future during summer. The location is superb only 5 mins drive away from the lovely beach of Portreath and local Tesco stores."

"Fantastic property on a very well maintained site. Over 100 chalets on site but it never felt too busy. Bar and restaurant on site also, food can be ordered online which is then delivered to your door. Only 5 mins from perrenporth and at Agnes beaches."

"Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price. We had a few concerns at first but the landlady responded immediately to everything. With two toddlers and two dogs in our party we found the location only two...

"Top Cot Cottage is a lovely Cornish cottage. It is well equipped with everything you need. St Just is a great village with a handful of shops and there are great walks nearby. We had a lovely short break and coastal walks in the sunshine. Tony gave us all the information we needed to have a great holiday."

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven in April. The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, offering plenty of space for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from Porthmeor Beach and central St Ives, with stunning views of the beach from the property. "A group of friends down for a sports competition in Redruth. Communication from the owner was fantastic with any questions answered very quickly. We didnt really explore the area but the location was exactly what we needed for getting to Redruth. Facilities in the house were good and it was very comfortable."
