"Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!"

We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. "Our trip started with a pizza party with the host family. This was one of the biggest highlights of our trip! We had a great time meeting the host family and eating (and making) our own pizza. It was the best pizza too. If you choose to do the pizza making, I recommend doing it the 1st or 2nd night. "The villa had an incredible view of the water, It was picturesque. The villa had new accommodations , it was clean and very inviting. Its location had you immersed in local culture and the lemon trees were amazing .the hosts were the best I’ve ever had. The mornings were serene and provided the right environment to start your day . "We took our family of 7 on a 4-night stay at Villa Maestrale in April, 2024. It is an amazing property with breathtaking views. The host, Marco, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. When he heard that my grandson was celebrating his 18th birthday while we were there, he said he would need to have a cake and started asking him about what he wanted. "The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!"
