The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

Excellent stay in praiano

Beautiful place to stay and so happy we made the call to stay in praiano away from the crowds. Annamaria is the best host and her place is one of the best places we’ve stayed in over the years. Absolutely brilliant choice….5 stars!!!

Perfect stop

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

Views and Climbs!!

Annamaria was amazing! She greeted us and then made a magnificent feast along with her partner— to celebrate our friends’ 40th anniversary! Felt so pampered! We hiked the Path of the Gods and felt a real sense of accomplishing a challenge! We slept well and LOVED every second on the amazing terrace

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

It Couldn’t Have Been Better….

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Beautiful house with great view

We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Perfect place to explore the Amalfi coast

Very nice and spacious apartment. Annamaria was fantastic and very helpful. Picturesque setting that is better than the pictures! This made our first trip to Italy a memorable one!

Wonderful apartment with incredible views

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

Just lovely

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

Charming with beautiful views!

Although it was quite rainy during our stay, we loved the comfortable villa, village of Praiano, and the Amalfi coast. Annamaria was wonderful with her suggestions of local things to do and how to get around. Our group really enjoyed dining on the villa’s covered patio with the exquisite views! Annamaria was the perfect host, she communicated clearly and was very prompt with responses. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with our favorite part being the patio. The perfect place for a nap on the hammock, playing cards, or eating dinner. 10/10 experience!

Lovely property with a beautiful view!

Very clean property in Praiano with a fabulous view. The owner was very nice to work with and we loved meeting her family. It is very close to the bus stop which is the best way to get around except by boat. There is a small grocery store nearby as well. The beds were very comfortable. Our family of 5 stayed here and would recommend it to anyone!

Incredible property in a perfect location. Annamaria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in her home. The backyard/garden/patio is the absolute best part! I was able to pick fresh tomatoes from the garden! We can't wait to stay at this property again and next time for longer.

Beyond our expectations in every way!

From the communications with Annamaria prior to booking to the last day and hug goodbye, she was truly amazing. Her home is just beautiful and perfect for our family. We especially loved the expansive terrace and gardens! After travelling down from Pompeii and Ravello, we could not have wished for a better place to base ourselves on the Amalfi Coast. Authentic Italian home with a gorgeous view

Annamaria was a great host! She was very easy to communicate with before we arrived! The apartment has plenty of room with a beautiful terrace over looking the sea! Annamaria even arranged for a cook to come in and give us pasta making lessons and made a delicious meal with us! If you have a family looking to stay together this is perfect! The A/C Also worked great!

Very large patio with stunning view! Close to church and piazza (above them), so you can easily follow local, daily life. Good kitchen equipment, so you can cook Italian food by yourself, if you like. We did! Large rooms and two bathrooms. Plus outdoor shower in patio

I love Praiano!!

We had a fantastic stay with AnnaMaria and her family. It was just what we were looking for. The apartment is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. You do need to be aware of the stairs and the church bells every 15 minutes. The washing machine was great to have and we didn't miss having a dryer. We would definitely come back!!

A Dream!

This property was absolutely magical. AnnaMaria was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The community of praiano was a welcome break from the other more touristy towns nearby. After excursions we were always happy to get back to our villa and the relaxed feeling of the charming square outside our window. The views, the terrace (with outdoor shower and hammock!) the aromatic foliage, the spacious rooms… everything in the villa was even better than expected! The town of Praiano is stunning, and the local bus made it very easy to get around. Honestly, our family cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful experience. Grazie, AnnaMaria!🤗
