It is surrounded by lemon, orange and olive orchards, that toghether with bouganvilleas in a typical gently terraced landscape they create the classic postcard Mediterranean atmosphere. Natural surroundings are astounding . The sea is blue with shades of turqouise, dolphins and marine life can be seen both from the private bay that the Villa has exclusive access to, and from the pool area. In the water fishes are schooling and it looks like an aquarium. Scenes from every corner of the property and the sounds of nature work to make its own ultimate beauty .The scents outrageously present in the air, and the colors of the joyous local architecture are shimmering with all their intensity. The lucky guests who will be able to come will be able to see the Amalfi Coast in all of its splendour. THE POOL AREA Its large infinity sea water pool wiith its 18mx8m in size creates the feeling of being suspended upon the Mediterranean sea. Guarenteeing water temperature always in excess of 82º F (28ºC), the pool is HEATED with two powerful 24kw heat pumps in the months of March(second half), April, May, September, October and November(first half). The pool water, being directly pumped from the sea, is treated with the ozonator system that eliminates chlorine and other chemicals thus preserving the natural flavour of the mediterranean sea below. The result is having the sea below the Villa, delivered up to the house pool area, all for a stunning swimming experience from March 15th to November 15th. POSITION The property is entirely exposed to the south, located on the coastal stretch from CapoDorso to Maiori, facing directly Amalfi, Ravello and Conca De Marini. The sun rises to the east over a 12th century neighbouring Norman Tower, crosses the Med over the south , and sets over the bay of Amalfi to the west, with the result of illuminating all premises from sunrise to dusk. Nearest sea, our own at the property sea bay. Nearest sandy beach is Cavallo Morto, at 500m, by water taxi. Nearest restaurants in Maiori at 5 minute car drive. Amalfi at 20m car drive, Ravello 25 minutes drive, Pomepei at 30 minutes ride. THE HOUSE Stepping into the house you will find the main sitting room from where you acces the fully equipped modern kitchen and to a panoramic terrace overlooking an authentic Norman tower, the mediterranean sea and a lush forest with an encrusted 11th century Byzantyne monastery in the background. From the living room you also access 4 of the total 6 BEDROOMS , the shaded and furnished east terrace, and to the swimming pool path out on the west side. TWO (2) ADDITIONAL DETACHED BEDROOMS form part of the Villa : one with a queen size double bed with en-suite bathroom, which is part of the main house and has an indipendent access, and one with two single beds and separate bathroom two meters away from the main house. The Villa features air-conditioning in the main living room and in each bedroom. THE EXCLUSIVE SEA ACCESS From the house through a private path you have exclusive land access to the sea, where you can dive into the water through a sun bathing platform or one of the two natural grottos. To finish up the blissfull feeling of being in a true oasis there is a waterfall, with its sparkling mountain water cascading into the turquoise sea. LA NAVE POINT In the property, from the pool area there is a path that leads to the most panoramic spot of this part of thea Amalfi Coast. It is a headland 40 meters above sea level that protrutes into the heart of the Amalfi Bay. From there you can relax, meditate or just take photos with amazing backgrounds. ACCESSIBILITY The villa is reached from the main coastal road, by accessing via the property main gate. Just in front of the gate there is the SITA bus stop. After crossing the the property gate you would drive aprox 200 yards through the estate on a private road to reach the Villa's 5 car parking area. From there, it is just a 20 yard plain surface walk to the house entrance, no steps involved. . Switzerland and all of itlay! This is the most amazing property that we, two families totaling a group of seven people stayed for our two and a half week trip to Europe. We stayed in nine different properties and this is one of the best properties we stayed in by far. The kitchen and the wood burning grill along with the outdoor dining is set up perfectly for making a lovely family meal! The upper deck is prefect for a morning coffee overlooking the sea. The pool is the piece de resistance for everyone involved. We arrived and the temperature outside was cold but the pool was heated to perfection. Communication, check in and check out was a breeze. Anyone even thinking about staying here please do. The pool was such a relief as it was very hot while we were there. We were in good proximity to shopping and restaurants (by car or taxi). The hosts were very responsive and considerate. We had 2 meals prepared for us there by Carmela that were so delicious and memorable. Town was so busy, as was the beach, so it was lovely to return to a peaceful oasis away from the crowds. The rooftop terrace was a great place to sit and look at the moon and enjoy the evening breeze. My daughters and granddaughter loved the outdoor cat, Pepe, and wanted to take him home. The property is beautiful. Caterina, the property manager, along with her Mom, Carmela, did everything they could to make us happy and comfortable. We were traveling with children, and everyone was so sweet to them. Must mention Mica and Rosario. They were so sweet and kind. Our driver, Anthony, became a friend to all of us. The listing is accurate, but nothing compared to the real-life experience. Rooms and beds well accommodated our family of 7 adults. There are so many places to sneak away to explore or meditate. Several of the guys braved the sea entry below the villa, but a few of us just enjoyed the adventure and the beautiful view. Carmela, Caterina and Rosaria were charming, and full of life. They cooked for us 2 nights and it was hands down the best food we had during our weeklong stay in Maiori. Take my advice and don't eat all day if the ladies are preparing dinner for you, and expect to roll away from the table, full and happy. "A Magical Oasis" truly is the ideal description. Ulrico, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.A highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the two home-cooked meals prepared by Carmela and Caterina. They were absolutely delicious! We highly recommend scheduling at least one dinner during your stay. It was wonderful to enjoy a fantastic meal in the beautiful outdoor dining area. Anthony didn't just arrange our transport; he also planned fantastic excursions for us, including a trip to Ravello and a cooking class in Scala. The property is very unique and the views are gorgeous. There is a terrific common area where everyone can gather. A favorite evening was when we stopped at the local grocery and cooked our own dinner. Unfortunately, the chef was ill during our stay, but the kitchen, though small, is easy to use and the grill outside is situated in a convenient location with beautiful scenery. We loved the peace and seclusion of the property. Be prepared to drive everywhere, but we enjoyed the ability to see the coast. Anthony was a great driver…very knowledgeable and helpful. Be careful as there are no railings on the stairs around the house. Makr sure the lights are on and look down to ensure you don’t miss a step. Going down to the grotto is an adventure and wear proper shoes. The pool area is wonderful - even better than we expected. It’s huge and warm and a real bonus! ##### Jessica M. You will need a car or driver. We opted with Anthony a recommended driver. He was great. Air conditioning worked well. The patio was our hangout with THAT view. Fantastic. The pool is down the other side of the property which worked fine. Again. THAT view! Amazing. The pool was heated and huge!! We loved it. Beds to some may be considered hard. The small bedroom with galley beds I personally wouldn’t count on. But perhaps perfect for some moody teens only. Still highly recommend. We know comparatively it is a deal! Staff was friendly and attentive. The walks to the lookout or Grotto are only for the fit! We did it though. The Grotto rope to pull yourself out is difficult but worth it! ##### joe b. The property is amazing, we enjoyed the pool multiple times each day and made two trips to the grotto to swim. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views each night. Rosaria and Caterina were extremely helpful all week, always going above and beyond to accommodate us. Ulricco gave amazing recommendations and constantly kept in touch which made planning a breeze. We were married on the rooftop terrace and it went perfectly thanks to everyone’s help. Anthony our taxi driver was the absolute best. We spoke every day whether it was booking rides or him making suggestions and reservations for us. He even had pizzas delivered to us the first night because we were so exhausted from traveling and took us grocery shopping the next day. The location was great as it is out of the busy areas but you do need a ride to do anything. We enjoyed the town of Maiori and visiting the center every day. It has many shops, restaurants and the ferry port. I highly recommend staying at this property, we will be back one day! ##### Jillian C. The location was perfect, with fantastic views of the Amalfi Coast. We had 8 adult (27 Apr - 1 May 2025) The accommodations were excellent…everything we needed was readily available. The pool was a beautiful place to relax. The temperature was perfect and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The swimming area by the grotto (15 minute hike) was a blast for the younger adults. The cliff jumping was crazy fun. We used Anthony for transportation and he was another huge plus. He was on time and was like a personal driver (the van holds 8 people). The cost was 50 to Maiori, 100 to Amalfi, and 200 to the airport in Naples.We hiked the Path Of The Gods from Bomerano to Positano….amazing views!!Capri - a must! We hired a private boat for the day and it was an fantastic addition to our trip.One of the best things we did was a private dinner at the villa. The food was delicious and our favorite meal of the week. Carmela is an incredible cook!! We would definitely arrange at least 2 dinners next time. Finally, Ulrico was really a great host, and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The villa is a 10 out of 10!Two apps you should download before going:WhatsApp - this was the best way to communicate with Ulrico, Carmela, and Anthony.Ferryhopper - this app is great for buying tickets and checking schedules for ferry’s from various towns. The host was very responsive and helpful with arranging transportation, a boat charter and more. The pool had excellent views, but be ready to go down steep stairs to get there. Theres also a steep hike to the grotto area. While it was a breathtaking view, it wasnt a situation for swimming when we went in October. But, absolutely beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and the house manager was very helpful. Highly recommend using Tony, their preferred driver, as the driveway is quite tricky. I didnt appreciate that the coastal roads arent pedestrian friendly until i arrived and saw for myself. Tony was super flexible and very professional. My toddler loved his time at the house and often asks to go back. When we return, i will definitely take up the host's service for groceries to be delivered as the store is close but not walkable. Also the catered dinner service was phenomenal! The service was superb and the food tasted great. Im so glad we stayed here and plan to do it again. ##### Jess L. Everything was wonderfully handled from my first email to Ulrico (owner) to book, through extending my stay a few weeks ahead of my visit. The property is secluded with breathtaking views! I chose the room off the main house (15 steps from my door to front door) so, I could view the tower and beautiful landscape when I woke up. The pool and views from the pool especially at night are breathtaking and just extremely relaxing. We walked to Maiori daily along the Amalfi Hwy- to grab a ferry, champagne runs, etc.. It's not scary at all and we love to walk. So many folks do this that you just need to keep an eye on things. I suggest the bus or Anthony (Taxi) to come up;-) The Tower Normanna was one of our favorite places and experiences. The service is incredible and you'll pass it on the way into Maiori. If nothing else, order a bottle of champagne or wine or both and enjoy the rooftop view or dining level outdoor seating. We hiked from the Villa to and along the Lemon Trail to Ravello (2 went all the way up) it's tough! Enjoy the Villa and a dinner from Carmen on the memorable outdoor terrace! ##### Caroline M. The villa is charming, and we love the view, pool, and tranquility it offered! Carmela (cook), Caterina (housekeeping), and Anthony (White Taxi driver) were extremely kind, hospitable, and helpful! Carmela’s meals were delicious, and we really enjoyed her and her help’s company, despite the language barrier. I loved meeting Carmela’s husband one early morning when he offered my daughter and I fresh figs. I enjoyed watching him tend to the tomatoes and figs in the garden and dry them on the terrace. I appreciate and love the simplicity of life here in Maiori. Caterina, looking exactly like her father, was so courteous and helpful. It is nice to learn about her children, especially since they are the same age as my niece and daughter, 11 and 8-years old, respectively. Anthony is a kindred spirit! He is sincere and genuine. He proactively reached out to me and arranged our logistics prior to our arrival to the Coast and provided great recommendations during our stay. He goes out of his way to arrange great experiences for us! We are so fortunate to learn about him and his family. We are thrilled for the arrival of his new family member in December!
