"We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future!"

"We travelled as a family with tow young children. The accommodation was excellent, very modern, clean and got everything we needed. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but close enough to the small village of Embsay and a short drive to Skipton. We will be back."

"We enjoyed our recent short break to Skipton. Property was as described, lovely and clean on arrival with easy on street parking outside the property. Great location with a short walk into the centre. Communication and check in details as provided by Nick were excellent. The property was well equipped and comfortable. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at Hazels House and I can definitely say we will be staying here again. The house was perfect for our family and pooch. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and was just like home from home. Had everything we needed for a perfect stay from coffee and tea bags and even dog treats etc. Loved the garden area just a shame we didn't have the weather to spend a lot of time to sit out there!... "Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5. Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud. However, not an issue for us & slept really well. Ultimately good value for money & would stay again."
