"We loved the location - mega convenient for seeing everything in Oxford city centre, and so many brilliant food options. We started off on the top floor, but on a hot day in May it reached 25.5C and didn't cool back down which made it really hard to sleep. The 24/7 concierge service is great though, and moved us to the ground floor the next day which suited us much better. "Service in the Brasserie was slow due to a large party. I waited 20 minutes for my soup but after that there were no problems. My room was lovely and reception staff gave me the room with disabled access which was very helpful."
