"The property was in a great location for ferry and bus access to every part of the island. Close to restaurants in marina and we did two coastal hikes from house. Also a fantastic spa at the Grand Hotel. Frank was an unbelievable host. He picked us up at the ferry and had wine and snacks ready. He also briefed us on what to do and how to get there on buses. Best of all he took us to the supermarket and fresh fish stores since we were staying a week. By far the best communication with a host."

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils to cook. We liked how quiet the area was and enjoyed relaxing every evening outside by the pool. The host was very helpful and showed us around the house when we checked in and followed up to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Would stay again."

"The photos don’t do it justice, we felt in reality the property has a great deal more charm and character. The roof top pool is very nicely laid out and a lovely contemporary contrast to the more traditional architecture of the house. It’s very well equipped in terms of the kitchen, games room & living areas."

"We spent a enjoyable six days here and would recommend to anyone but not if you have any disability with stairs,I think the property could do with a washing machine and a micro wave oven and maybe a bbq and would recommend a car hire but there is a bus service also there is a supermarket within walking distance and the swimming pool is for communal use and could be sharing with up to sixteen other people."

"This was a truly amazing place to stay, and a true representation of what holiday properties offered once upon a time. The owners have completed a beautiful renovation of this centuries old property, keeping the historical charm while providing luxury modern amenities. "We all absolutely loved Bin Gemma. A perfect place to stay in Gozo. My husband and I had a little bit of trouble with the stairs, with the kitchen being upstairs and potential renters should be aware of the stairs if they have leg/knee problems. Definitely needed a hire car from this destination to see Gozo but lots of walkways to enjoy and the view was magic both at night time and day time. We stayed in the middle of winter and had a wonderful time. The rest of the year would be even more...

""Pool" is tiny, not big enough to swim in, more a plunge pool. Long, black hairs in the bed on arrival (I have short, brown hair). Hairs and stains and scuff marks on the sofa and chair. Wallpaper damaged, squeaky bed, towel rail broken in one bathroom, shower rail broken in the other. Kettle didn't work. Crockery was a mish mash, much of it was plastic picnicware. Could easily all have been fixed by a handyman in half a day. Apartments right below the Cittadella where the clock chimes loudly...
