"We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. "Last minute booking so wouldn't be first choice for location. Note that the hotel closes early and had to pay extra 20 Euros to arrive about 9:30pm, but were grateful for that option. The WiFi does not have much range away from the lobby, unless you get a room close by. The hotel is basic and had free parking which was a requirement for Cinque Terra hiking tail via train. However there are closer towns such as Sestri Levante or possibly Lavanto if you don't mind driving further. If we had not...
