"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special.
