"Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark."

"A ten minute walk from the station. Very helpful staff. Room clean and reasonably well appointed. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Van delivery to the supermarket across the road at 5.30 am onwards was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was alright but choices a little limited. The staff again were very helpful."

"We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. "Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! "The location is reasonable but need to walk up a hill if want to go down town, it’s ok if driving. A bit too far to go to cinque terre, 45mins by train. The room is big but the toilet is so small, shower cubicle is so tiny, we are small size and found it hard to turn. The shower tap keeps coming off. The balcony is nice."
