"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception.
