"Have heard nlt so good things about this hotel in the past but this is the first time I have stayed. It has new owners and well I must say they are turning it around. The price was very competitive and this included breakfast which was very good. The room was a little dated but was very clean, the bathroom is brand new and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. We didnt eat apart from breakfast so cant comment on the resteraunt other than the breakfast. We would stay again, also...

"Very easy to get to on the outskirts of the city. The room was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed and lots of little extras - snacks and water - as well as tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked and absoluteky delicious. "

"The property is a bit old but clean and economical. Free breakfast is a plus. The things I did not like were: the shared toilet located across the room even though I booked an ensuite one - called and messaged the owner but no response; only 1 hanger available for our jackets, and the motion-activated light in the toilet automatically shuts off so I was having a shower in the dark lol"

"This is a lovely B&B very conveniently located within walking distance to town where there are cute shops and very nice dining options. Our room was large and very nicely appointed with high-quality furniture and antiques. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Jennifer and Mark are wonderful people who truly care about their guests. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Steadings! Was a random find on hotels.com and we’re so glad we found it! Really good price for the time of year (December) - we booked in May (roughly). It was decorated for Christmas, and had everything we needed. A rare find but total treat! Would definitely come back and recommend! The only negatives would be the hottub not being covered - this is due to be rectified! And the road down to the lodge is very bumpy - a typical farm road! Make sure you follow...

Wonderfully comfy bed and walkable to the centre of Perth. We’ve already pencilled in with C to stay next year when we’re down for the same event. "

"It's a student hall of residence so amenities and decor are very basic as expected, but you can't complain for the price, especially in the centre of St. Andrews in high season! A bargain really. Minor gripes - the shared bathroom(s) have very loud electric hand dryers that sound like a vacuum cleaner and can be heard several rooms away.. The lights in the corridors and bathrooms are extremely bright, in the blueish spectrum and permanently on, so not conducive to maintaining melatonin levels if...

"This was a fantastic location to explore Edinburgh. Leith itself is a great hub and the flat is just a few hundred yards from The Shore tram stop - a quick zip into the city centre. Having a private parking space is a huge benefit as parting in Edinburgh is usually a nightmare. The flat is spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely come back."

"First time in Pittenweem. The flat was small but we didn’t need anything bigger. Space had been used carefully and was well furnished. When the wood burning stove got going it made for a cosy experience. Pleasant seafront area nearby and Anstruther is only half a mile or so away. St. Andrews is about 20 minutes by car. Well worth a short visit (three nights for us)."
