"The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and welcomed. Whether that’s from the rock collection, or various family accolades through out. There is plenty of space for a family and the train and bus being just a 1 minute (if that) walk is even better. If I ever make it chamonix again I will be staying here"

"We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and enjoyed every aspect of the apartment and it's central location. The owner was very helpful and answered questions quickly via email and phone. The apartment is well designed, has lots of great facilities and is super handy for the trams and getting around town. We will definitely be staying again."

"L'appartement est bien agencé pour sa surface. Les chambres sont un peu à part du salon ce qui permet de faire dormir les plus petits au calme. Nous étions 10 avec 4 enfants jeunes. Il y a aussi 2 salles de bains proches des chambres. Sinon, bien décoré et équipé. Bien situé pour vite arriver sur les pistes avec un casier à ski en bas de l'immeuble. Le parking est à proximité de l'immeuble avec une superette aussi. Seul point négatif, le lit gigognes et le canapé convertible avaient leurs...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very easy to deal with. The location of the property is excellent, with beaches a few minutes away and Annecy town an easy walk. The property is very nice. I would mention it has quite a lot of stairs, and so may not be as suitable for people with very young children or reduced mobility. But that is not a criticism. We would recommend this property"

"Nous avons ete surpris par le fait que le studio avec 2 couchages n'était pas connecte au reste du chalet, ce qui nest jamais indique dans l'annonce. De plus, la cuisine n'est pas équipée pour cuisiner pour 11 personnes, sans parler du lave vaisselle et des nombreuses ampoules en panne. Le menage est succinct. La literie aussi. Points positifs: chalet rustique et authentique, facilité d'acces et tout proche des pistes (les Houches) en moins de 5 minutes en auto."
