"Lovely clean villa. Well equipped with everything you need. Communiction with owners very easy considering my French, ashamably, is very poor. You'll need a car but just a 10 minute drive from the port where there are some lovely restaurants, and same distance to clean sandy beach. A great relaxing holiday."

"The house is in a splendid location, gated community with pool access, beautiful views, with just about everything needed during a stay - all silverware and dishes, all neatly organized. The hosts are very kind - they met us during check in and (early) check out, showed us around the house pointing out all the things to pay attention to. We had a wonderful time, loved the proximity to the city and other attractions in the area, thank you so much for making our stay there great!"

The villa is ideally located for easy access to all of the well known tourist sites, ie St Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Eze, Gorges Du Verdon & Port Grimald. The owners were extremely pleasant & welcoming on arrival & spoke good english. The villa has a fantastic pool & beautifully equipped terraces for sunbathing & eating outside. Very safe and private, amazing views, nice and clean pool, strategic location within driving distance to countless attractions, but keep in mind there's nothing to see or do in the close vicinity and it's a 15 minute drive to next supermarket. "It was good. We had no cooker nor oven for the first night. No oven for the whole time we were there. The agent was piping in without notice. Over all the land lord was polite. Villa had 3 bath/showers not 5 as advertised. The flat below is not a 2 bedroom it’s a one bed. Not enough cupboards in the property. Over all was nice 👌."

"I took my two daughters there partners and my two grandchildren to the property and it worked perfectly.The house itself is stunning in a wonderful location just outside of St Augulf no more than a 15 minutes walk,it had everything you need for a family with the pool and gardens.The owner Pawel met us at the property to run through everything and then at the end to have a quick once over and was a top man,very helpful and nothing was a problem."

"The house is well equipped and spacious. It is nicely renovated and everything in the house functions very well. Due to danger of fire there is a sort of electric frying pan to use for outside barbeque. Not exactly the real thing, but it works well. The central square is in walking distance and the very nice beaches are 5 minutes away by car. We took night swims where we walked across the square and down to a small stone beach. "Stayed for 2 weeks in the two bedroom section of the house. Fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Great pool for relaxing by. Private estate so it felt very secure. 10 mins to Mandelieu and Theole for great beaches and restaurants . Close to Cannes, Frejus, Lac Cassien and up into the hills. Super hosts Maxime and Odile made us all feel very welcome and we will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a family of 4 and the pool is great for little ones."
