We waited almost an hour and finally had to ask again and were told the room had been ready except no one told us At check out, the clerk failed to bill us for a meal and we wound up having to pay by credit card while we were elsewhere. A bit of confusion during the communications between us. Ultimately resolved. The hotel itself is great and we ahd a very plesant three day stay"

"Had a great stay hotel is easy to find and in close proximity to public transport and attractions. Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Pool /sauna/and gym was nice .Area was clean . Only down side was we had to book in advance which was not a problem for us . No information was given about having to take towels to the pool with us so we had to nip back up to the room before we entered the...
