Nicely priced hotel an easy and short drive from downtown and also made for a nice base to head to the coast and also the nearby fjord. The breakfast was amazing -- pricey but you do get what you pay for, it was quite a buffet of choices, so we felt like it was worth it and we got a jump on each day! The parking was an extra fee and a block away to enter the garage -- not very convenient but worked fine for us. The room was a good size and they provided a rollaway for our son and there was still plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Das Hotel bietet komfortable, ruhige Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war etwas überarbeitet aber zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dafür ist das Parken mit ca 160 kr nicht ganz so teuer wie in der Innenstadt. Andererseits kostet Parken in der Innenstadt für etwas mehr als 4 Stunden auch 150 kr. In der Nähe ist ein interessantes Shoppingcenter mit Essensmöglichkeiten, z.B. ein Sushi-Buffet für nur 249 kr.

Beetje ver van het centrum maar wat een super openbaar vervoer! Om de paar minuten een bus naar hartje Stavanger. Superapp: Kolumbus biljetter. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtig designhotel van Snøhetta architecten. Heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met veel aandacht voor de sportieve mens én de gourmand. De menukaart van het avondeten was erg klein met vier gerechten waaruit je kon kiezen. Beetje simpel dus. Al met al een hele goede keus als je een paar dagen Stavanger wilt doen.

Fikk rom i 3. etasje og der var også treningsrommet. Her hørte vi lyden fra vekter og tredemølle hver eneste kveld, og siden treningsrommet var døgnåpent var det bråk til nærmere midnatt hver kveld. Gav beskjed i resepsjonen hver dag men ingenting ble gjort. Dette ødela vårt opphold ganske mye, og spesielt med to barn på rommet som skulle legge seg i skapelig tid. Personalet da også at det umulig kunne være treningsrommet vi hørte men vi gikk bort og sjekket treningsrommet for å sammenligne lyden og det stemte.

This was a top notch hotel with incredible service, especially the front desk, as well as all the staff. The only issue I had was the dry cleaning service that Clarion contracts with. The dry cleaning service is way overpriced. Don’t use it unless you absolutely have to or can’t find another option. I didn’t ask how much it was or check the itemized prices on the sheets and that’s my mistake. That said, I was charged 2,292 Kroner that’s $234 US dollars for dry cleaning 1 pants, 6 t- shirts, 6 underwear, 14 pairs of socks, and 1 base layer pull over. I stayed at a comparable hotel, very nice, in Athens last summer, they changed a flat fee for a full bag about the same size as Clarion’s for only. 45 euro about $52 US dollars. Don’t use the dry cleaning service there, check other prices in the area for dry cleaning. Unbelievable!!!!!
