"Loved it really comfy bed, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff who even arranged some sandwiches and chips after the bar food service had finished. Will definitely stay again when we are up visiting family or heading to Blackpool. We went to Brockhole which is well worth a visit if you stay! "

"From the outside the hotel dosnt look very welcoming , but seems to be in a shared building . The hotel reception is on another floor level. once inside the hotel is air-conditioned and very welcoming . The staff are very friendly answering any questions about the area. The room is large with city views, shower bathrooms . Free toiletries. Tv , desk n chair, tea n coffee, hairdryer the bed is large but is a spring mattress so could do with a foam topper as the springs can be felt and heard pinging when moving to get comfortably. "
