Tennis court was really nice and bird song was the only sound outside (no road noise). 10-15 minute drive from Falmouth, lovely walks to beaches and great on-site cafe. Lyn couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us loads of advice about what to do and where to go."

"Eve's Barn just down the road from Trebah Gardens and up the road from Helford Passage was the perfect getaway location for us. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, the beds were super comfortable, easy to park two cars (one on the drive; one on the road). There was a small play park a stone’s throw from the house. The best bit was the lovely walk through the nature reserve to Swanpool beach which took around ten minutes, depending on how quickly one walked. It was also possible to walk to Gyllyngvase Beach (18 mins) and into Falmouth (20 mins)....

"We had the most amazing week with so much to do in the town, even with the restrictions with Covid. The property catered to every need and was perfect for our large family. We managed to get one big car on the drive and two other cars right outside the house on the road, which were perfectly safe all week.
