"Ideal property for short stays in London, 30minute walk along canal to Westfield/Stratford. Studio appears to be converted from offices with a small business yard. 1st class renovation though. Very secure, and was homely. Communication from host was spot on. Will probably use again next time I need a place in London"

We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "The apartment is in a phenomenal location, close to the tube, restaurants, shopping area, bus routes, and various London landmarks. When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. We contacted the property manager, their solution was to apologize for the smell, and told us to open a window, which was clearly not a good or acceptable solution.
