"We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes."

"H10 Big Sur is an adult only hotel, situated on the sea front at the quiter end of Los Cristianos . Everything about the hotel is to a high standard. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you. Good variety of foods at meal times, some buffet and others fresh cooked. Has a swimming pool with ample sunbeds, evening entertainment and the back of the hotel leads out to the promanade which is mainly flat. Would recommend booking a seaview room as the...

"Great stay at a great hotel! From check in the service was excellent!! Room was large and clean with large balcony to sit on and play cards. Pool area was clean. We opted for the 1/2 board as we are not big drinkers. I found drink prices to be reasonable. Food at the Buffet was very good!! Not 5tar dining but probably best buffet outside of Vegas that I have had. Infinity pool deck was a great place to watch the sun set and watch the surfers/people watch. Only 2 downsides… 1) no on-site...

"We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Very beautiful hotel, swimming pools, jaccuzi and right by the beach. But our room was old, flooring was coming apart and issues with the shower and air con. although they did come to fix it. Customer service is great. I would stay again but in a more modern room. "
