This is an adequate, clean, problem free, reasionably priced hotel in a quiet location in an unexciting neighbourhood. It is a 10/15 euro taxi ride from the airport (not walkable).
Ideal for overnight near airport or business trip but not for holiday.

A good hotel in a Spanish town. Not a tourist hotel, and it doesn't do meals. A very big room, a good hot shower with plenty of water pressure, and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had.
The hotel is above a shopping centre, and you need to take the lift to the second floor to find reception.
The staff were excellen upon arrival, and especially as we arrived early offered us a room to get changed in so that we could go to the pool even though our actual room wasnt ready. They also kept hold of our luggage for us so we could just relax and enjoy lazing round the pool. Excellent food and wonderful pool and room

Great apartment on a fab little complex. Couldn't be closer to the restaurants and supermarkets. It's a quiet area, we stayed as friends owned an apartment close by. Only downside for us was the childrens pool was too cold for baby to enjoy
This was the best apartment I have ever booked! Went to Tenerife for the first time with the lads and really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were really friendly, they had a supermarket and restaurant within the hotel, a swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, game room and much more! Taxi rank outside the hotel made getting places very easy! And they were really cheap as well!! Gustavo the receptionist helped us with everything to make the holiday even better! Top guy!! The rooms were outstanding, exceeding out expectations! Definitely coming back in Summer 2015!!
Fantastic family holiday. Only negative were lots of stairs which was a bit difficult with pushchair but we did know about this before we went and had four adults travelling so was not too much of an issue
We were given a superb spacious room on the 2nd floor with views of Mt Teide to the right, the beautifully kept golf course to the front and the sea and harbour to the left. The DAILY cleaners (we stayed 9 days) were excellent and the entire hotel was absolutely spotless, always. There is not a huge amount to do in Golf del Sur in Feb/March but the hotel courtesy bus to and from Cristianos and Americas every day was brilliant. You just need to book the day before. I imagine that at more busy times it would get filled up quite quickly. We were able to jump on the bus and spend the day wandering around these two resorts which are much more lively. We didn't experience the hotel entertainment but the team were ever present, fun and enthusiastic, always dressed up in costumes in the dining room. All the staff members that we encountered were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The food in the Handicap 0 restaurant was excellent. Very varied and very plentiful. I am a fussy vegetarian and even I always found plenty to eat at every meal. The only slight criticism was that some of the food wasn't always as hot as it could be, but that was probably a question of timing!
Well worth a mention is the brilliant Wild Geese bar/restaurant which is only a few hundred yards from the hotel. There is live music every evening there (some OK, some awful and some very good) as well as all the sport and very good and plentiful food. The staff there are second to none!

The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
The apartment was spacious and cleaned to a good standard. There was plenty of space to ensure a family wouldn't get on top of each other when spending time in the apartment.
Breakfast was a pleasure and there was a wide selection for all members of the family to be satisfied.
Outside, the three pools provided plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained for an hour through to a whole day spent relaxing.
The entertainment provided was of a good standard and I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future.
