"When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the reception as they “upgraded” our room and gave us a nicer suite rather than a room. In reality, it ended up being a semi circular balcony which was at some point windowed and made into a room which had dusty, ripped curtains instead of walls. There was no type of noise isolation and it sounded as if we were sleeping outside with the loud traffic. Our first night was terrible.
