"The location was perfect and would be even better for anyone visiting during the summer months as it's very close to the bay/ocean beaches and rail trail. Below are the pros/cons for anyone who needs more info: Pros *location is great! *house has been renovated and is clean *good amount of cleaning supplies provided for kitchen/bathroom *while I read a lot of negative reviews about Vacasa my experience was positive. There were issues with some burned out light bulbs that were quickly addressed....

"Property is in a great location near the beach that has gorgeous sunsets and during low tide great for walks. Also easy access to Rt 6. House was very neat and clean, good size for the two of us and our pups. Lots of little extras, such as coffee, snacks, nice linens, etc that made us feel welcome and at home."

"The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and had an opportunity to use fire table, which we all enjoyed. The mini splits were a nice surprise as we have them as well. We as a family have definitely decided we will return in the near future. Thank you Best Jennifer Amy James"

"Everything from start to finish was perfect! The house itself was pristine and included everything anyone could want. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and a joy to work in. The living room and each of the three bedrooms had very large wall-mounted flat screen TVs! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and had all the essentials, including extra towels and blankets. Our favorite room was the sunroom. It was comfortable and quiet, overlooking the private backyard....

"Unusual cool and windy weather kept us inside when we were on property and we’re very comfortable. Some updating of the furnishings would be nice downstairs as well as a better start cooking kitchen other than that it was perfect."

"This property was a perfect set up and location for a 3-generation family vacation with comfortable bedrooms for kids, parents, and grandparents. The AC made the house comfortable with changing summer weather and the well appointed kitchen made it a breeze to make meals at home when not enjoying restaurants out. The location was perfect for some of our favorite beaches and towns from Orleans to P-Town."

"We had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners. The home offered plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. FIre pit in backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy each others company...and make s'mores :) Could easily walk to the water to enjoy a swim, a walk or the spectacular sunsets. We will be staying here again, I am sure."

"Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

"We love this property for its quiet setting, proximity to both ends of the Cape, short walk to beautiful beach, and more. Comfortable, simple place with everything we needed and very clean. We love that it is dog friendly and a nice place to walk the dog down all the unpaved lanes and on the beach. Second time staying here and it was as nice as the first."

"Needs cleaning, remove odor, update. Pictures are misleading. Is very close to the rail trail - which is a really fun experience for the family. Has a good number of bedrooms."

"the house was very clean and well maintained but we were unhappy with the sprinklers going off in the afternoon because they soaked the driveway and back deck. Shouldn't they only go off at night? Also a herbicide was applied to the driveway while we were there and warned that children and pets shouldn't be exposed for 2 hours and we only read this after we walked through it and brought it into the house, other than that it was a great house!"
