"I had a rare three day weekend in mid April so I decided to head to Ocean City, MD. Beach Bum has tow locations in OC, but I chose the one in West OC for something new. It was very convenient to OC proper, just 2000 feet from a WaWa, one mile from the outlet center, and 2 miles from the inlet bridge. I was able to get to Fracture Prune, Thrashers, and Beach Bike Rentals within minutes. The room was small but comfortable. It was exactly what I needed for a solo traveler. The common room where...

"The hotel was clean and spacious. Parking was so easy and the front desk was efficient and informative and well-organized. It wasn’t quite pool season weather yet but the pool was open and clean. Had I stayed one more day for the 20 degree warmer weather I would have definitely spent some time by the pool."

"There was an old shower cap with bugs in it on the shower floor, the bathroom had no fan and was freezing because of the poorly insulated window, the wall unit in the room screeched when running the heat, and the mattress/pillows were very uncomfortable. All that being said, it was affordable and for 2 nights we made do. It’s a motel so nothing amazing is expected. "

"It was cheap but still decent. The room was clean, staff friendly and environment was quiet. Only complaint is the "complimentary breakfast" consisted of apples, coffee and toast and the office didn't open to start serving breakfast until after 9am. "

"We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...
