"Took a school group here for 4 days, 3 nights in flagstaff. The house slept 15 easily. The kitchen was open and dining areas nice to accommodate everyone. We spent the mornings and late evenings at the home. Otherwise we were in flagstaff doing a variety of activities. It was a convenient location. It was quiet and nice views."

"Easy & quick communication when I had a question, the house was clean and looked as pictured. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the hi-speed internet was perfect for hubby to do some work while we 'vacationed'. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, too. We appreciated the coffee and iron/board and I even did a jigsaw puzzle. it was my first experience booking through Vrbo and it all turned out great. Thanks!"

"Very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had lots of space. There was an issue with the shower that the property owner came and fixed reasonably fast. This is our third trip to Flagstaff and I think we need to realize that these are vacation homes and it's kind of dusty there. Would probably rent this house again. As they just replaced all the appliances."

"More than enough room for a big family. Expansive kitchen. Good accommodations (pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc.). An ice maker and a working coffee maker would have been nice though. One of the bathrooms had problems (leaking shower head and bad drainage) but there were two other usable showers that worked well. Well managed property but the host isn't real responsive."

They allowed us to check out an hour later which made us easier for kids to get ready and pack bags. It was a perfect location very near restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We absolutely loved this home… comfortable, spacious enough for our 4 teens and us. The game room was more than expected- what an incredible add-on the Hosts provided! Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. Laundry was much-appreciated and convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the family room sectional for watching TV together. Location was perfect for our travels : Sedona, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Jerome. I would highly recommend this propery!"
