"So welcoming. Staff very polite and friendly. Food amazing including breakfast but we just couldn’t eat it all! Portions were very generous. It would have been helpful to have handwashing or soap on the sink, but luckily I had brought some with me. Shower gel was available. Bed very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay so thank you x"

"We were initially given a room on the first floor, but on returning after going for a meal, we were asked to move, to a room on the ground floor. After five minutes we were asked to move again to the first floor, next to our original room!. The receptionist was very apologetic. We think the bathroom needs updating, it has a shower over the bath, but no hand rails, so getting in and out, can be difficult, as there is nothing to hold on to."

"Lovely old building, renovated to high standard. Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean. Beamish Museum just 5 mins drive from Beamish Hall hotel. Well worth the stay and visit to the museum. "
