"nice hotel like the other Village hotels, very bust as part of the village gym/pool relaxation services etc. apart from breakfast on my checkout day - the only staff member i could see was talking to someone at the bar for severla minutes while i was at the wait to be seated for my pre-paid breakfast. i decided to just take a seat (amongst the 20 tables that had not been cleaned after previous guests) and had my breakfast over the next 20 minutes seeing 1 member of staff in this time and nobody...

"Hotel is clean but starting to feel a little tired, although not a reason not to stay. The amenities in the room were great with safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, trouser press, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable but pillows weren't great. There is plenty of space in the car park but the barriers are closed at 11pm meaning it cannot be accessed from both sides and it was not clear how to get in after this time. It would have been useful to know this before...

"First time stay for 80th birthday four poster suites very nice and spacious clean. Second floor best for view. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal part of the events package. No choice except dietary. Tiramisu for pudding wasn't a popular choice. Thought that was strange. Bar nice area but small to cater for groups. And eventually packages. Golfers used bar too. Didn't see anywhere to sit outside. Cocktails presentation need improvement. Pool area needs decorating and changing rooms so tiny and no privacy "
