A £350 hold is placed on your credit card upfront for any damages or incidentals, I thought this was slightly excessive! 55% discount on local parking was a bonus and 11am checkout at the weekend was also good."

The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. "This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. There was also a party above us the night we stayed. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. I would not stay again."
