"Great location!! Loved that it was within walking distance of River Walk and City Market. We stayed in a river view balcony room and I would have preferred it had a better cleaning. Floors were sticky and with the dark color wood you can see all the dust. Also thought it was strange there was no trash bin in the bathroom. Wish there would have been a refrigerator in the room as well. The bed was comfy but could tell it was an older mattress (lumpy and low spots). Was disappointed about the size...

"Very noisy on the ground floor. Several of our group couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. They found it was the night desk staff making the noise. They were asked to deal with the noise and nothing was done. No working remote for the tv. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were amazingly friendly. So our stay (group of 6 rooms) was good for some and absolutely horrible for some. The driver of our group was one who had a horrible night and had to stay awake all day at the conference...

"No coffee offered in the lobby as advertised, the hall ways smell of weed. There is definitely a sketch vibe. Had to put chair in front of the door. Staff are ok they say its a non smoking hotel but the smell says other wise. "
