“Absolutely Perfect!”
This hotel has everything to offer: from great customer service to perfect late night gourmet dinners. Great for business and leisure. Received a great special rate through Expedia. Will definitely be back. Some may complain about the $$ parking, but its expected when staying in large cities.
“Great stay on executive level”
We stayed executive level rooms. The room was very clean. At the executive lounge, they offer apptizer in the evening in addition to breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Decent”
When I think Hilton, I don't think this place. They had the look but not the feel. Also, the beds were firm.
“Convient location to downtown area”
I am a Hilton Honors Member and was thrilled to see a HIlton available with an Expedia package price----However, I have since learned that because of this "discount booking" you get NO points or credit for a Reward stay. They say that they will match rates but don't provide air accomodations? Also, you do not get Hhonors service!!! So all I can say is beware!!! My question is "Why list with this service if it is going to reflect negatively on your customer service index???
“Trip to Atlanta”
Nice hotel
“Great overnight stay - for romance or business!”
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We were actually attending an event across the street at another hotel and found out that they were connected by a skybridge, so we were glad we didn't have to walk outside (it was a little brisk). This hotel like most of the higher ends did not have a microwave or fridge in the room. But since we were only staying one night, that was fine with us. I didn't like the connected room thing. We had doors on both sides of the room and could hear our "neighbors" on both sides while we trying to read, listening to them obviously "not reading" if you get my drift. But once we turned on the fan, and the TV, it sort of drowned out the noise. We had a great time overall though. the room was more than comfortable and felt very secure. Since we were downtown around a lot of restaurants, eating choices were aplenty. This seems to be a good hotel for out of town visitors in the city, and it was great for us for our night away.
“Football Playoff Bound in Calhoun”
Great for my needs with 2 teenagers!
“Nice, simple, practical.”
Everything went fine but the complimentary breakfast that was included at reservation time and not after actual booking. Not a big problem, a Starbucks like coffee place inside the hotel worked ok.
“not well informed”
did not disclose parking fees and internet fees - bed was not level at all - front desk could not would not help us at all !
