Hotels in Georgia

We came for a girls weekend. All the shopping restaurants and entertainment were within 15-20 minutes each way. The staff was friendly and on top of it all.

You never know -- even with high end hotel chains but this place is fantastic. Even better than I expected!! I travel on business a lot, so I recognize quality management. Bravo.

The only issue was the bar staff. We stayed at the Hyatt as we were attending a wedding in Savannah. One of my friends ended up having a bar tab that was not his. The waitresses did not keep proper tabs on the guests ordering drinks. My friend was a little tipsy, and he was the last to leave with his two friends when the waitress gave him a bill for over $300....there was no way my friend ordered that much drink. It was too late for the waitress to get anyone else as the rest of the wedding party had left. I was very annoyed over this error by the waitress, but she would not budge.. The bar staff were not prepared for the big crowd that came to the bar in the afternoon. I suggest they need more training in their field and not get flustered when a large group of guests come in. I'm hoping the bride will be in touch with the Hyatt and let management know what happened.

Extremely nice and very roomy room! Great location! We were in a king deluxe room/suite. While we were there out TV's were upgraded. Very comfortable bed. A little disappointed with the breakfast. No eggs or meat but there was hot biscuits and gravy and lots of other things to choose.

On one side you are near the river and it's restaurant and on other the parks,museums, and more restaurants. We felt we were in the center of it all.

Only complaint was the bed didn't have a blanket! Otherwise it's decent, definitely not the best. You get what you pay for.

I was very skeptical at first, having read the reviews only after I booked, but decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, I was very surprised and impressed, especially for the price and location. I learned that various clubs and restuarants nearby had recently closed, taking with them many of the problems. I deffinitely would stay again and would highly reccomend it for all.
