"Have stayed here twice. Food options have gone downhill. Just wanted my eggs and bacon for breakfast and not available. Hairdryer in room didn’t work. Got really sick of buffet…seemed like a free for all at times, and tables not turned over fast enough, so having to sit at dirty tables at times. Overall though, had a great time."

"This was the greatest all-inclusive resort I have been too. So many options for food, entertainment as well as free water activities such as kayaking and paddle boats, the people were phenomenal as well as the guests. Facilities were well-maintained and there was transportation from one side of the resort to the other. Will definitely be back again! "

"The property is absolutely beautiful it is kept very clean the downside is if you do not upgrade your food options are very minimal. I would also have to say compared to Cancun the service is very slow especially at dinner time. If you have children or you like water parks in general theirs is great. I also loved the beach it was like bath water very beautiful and relaxing. Eating the buffet everyday is annoying and you get tiered of it quickly. Coffee shop was a nice touch also pizza by family...
