"We flew in and showed up and the host never gave us the code to get inside the property. So we were literally homeless in another country. We repeatedly called and messaged the host and we were completely ignored. We called to complain and they tried messaging host and was ignored as well. The host has still not gotten back to us. We had already paid for one month in advance and didn’t get our refund until weeks later. It was a nightmare experience being in a different country with your family...

"We just stayed at this beautiful house for my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 adults. The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners...

"The best thing there was the only girl and staff her name is Melissa although the property was awful and evertglhing was dysfunction Melissa was great. The first night there was broken shower spilling water everywhere. The next day i was changed to that had an awful internet signal. The Jacuzzy didnt work. "This resort is very clean! Only thing I didn’t like was the cushions on the outside furniture had some mold on it next to the pool. The staff was so attentive and knew type name. The resort was stunning and relaxing. No one really bothered you unless you wanted them to. The food was amazing! I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast but the other restaurants, everything I ate was so good. I also loved the coffee shop on the resort. The gym is so upgraded and it has all the equipment you could think of. I will definitely be returning. "
