The house plan is open and spacious, incorporating the golf course, outside garden vegetation and the ocean view from all the entertaining areas of the house and from three of its six bedrooms. Its prime oceanfront location on the golf course is only equaled by its outstanding location in relation to the beach. Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo's exclusive private beach, is only at a four-minute walk from the Villa. Imagine, here you can enjoy a sunset sipping drinks in the veranda or relaxing in the Jacuzzi by the pool, and later walk to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club, the gourmet restaurant there. On another evening, enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured. The Villa has six large guest bedrooms and seven and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite features an entrance hall, a king-sized bed, walk in closet, large Smart TV, Bose stereo radio, private bath and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. All other bedrooms are as spacious as the master bedroom, four have king-sized beds and two have two queen-sized beds. All six have walk-in closets, smart TV, and private bathrooms and other amenities similar to the Master suite. There is an additional twin bed and trundle in one of the largest bedrooms in case of small children wanting to share a room with the adults. Three of the bathrooms in guest rooms are handicapped accessible. We also have one playpen and one crib available for small children. The villa was recently refurbished. The last part of the process was just finished at the end of September 2018, and included a gazebo, a brand new, very large kitchen, a new full bathroom to service the pool area and the downstairs of the house, and a bar area next to the pool table. A couple of important features of the house, which set it apart from many others at Casa de Campo, are an air-conditioned dining room -with table seating for up to fourteen- and a Home Theater Area with system 7.1, projector and 92 inch motorized screen. Other special features include a bathroom which incorporates a garden shower in one of the two downstairs bedrooms, and the newly built gazebo in the swimming pool area- perfect for seating and dining al fresco. The villa comes fully staffed with a staff of three people: one butler, a chef, a bartender-waitress/maid. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing Services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedrooms of the Villa. The location is ideal with a view of the golf course and the sea. The property is immaculate with spacious bedrooms and sitting areas. The staff ( Alexandra, Annie and Rafael) are extremely attentive and kind to satisfy any need. The cooking and snacks were always above par. From start to finish, our family's stay at this home was a fantastic and unforgettable experience. The owners were very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location of the house can't be beat. Right on the golf course, with specular ocean and sunset views and plenty of outdoor living space around a beautiful pool, it was so peaceful and comfortable that you never needed to leave. But if we wanted to leave, we were just a short walk to the beach club and a short ride to the hotel and equestrian center, which were favorite spots for the kids! The staff at the house was absolutely amazing and tended to every detail - from meal planning, specialty cocktails, afternoon snacks, laundry service, and trips to the market - they were an awesome, hard working and professional team who felt like family by the end of the week! The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners at home. All delicious. Alexandra and Rafael were attentive to our needs and always made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to rent golf carts during your stay to explore all of Casa de Campo and get to dinners, golf, etc. SBG, La Casita, Minitas Beach Club were all great restaurants to try. The location within Casa de Campo could not be better- with beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. We spent a lot of our trip sitting out in the several sitting areas and loved the backyard and pool. We also loved all of the festive decorations. Francesca and Raul were incredibly thoughtful for our toddlers for Christmas as well- totally unnecessary but such a nice treat to put gifts for them under the Xmas tree!Alexandra the housekeeper took such great care of us, not just helping to clean up (a lot given the size of house and our family), but serving snacks, making excellent drinks, laundry, etc. she was a delight. Eni, the chef, made the best meals and we loved having all of our breakfast and dinners at home (the food was better and setting nicer than any of the restaurants). Finally, Rafael, the property manager, was so helpful with daily logistics and getting groceries, water- anything we needed really! Such a fantastic team and made our stay enjoyable and seamless.We’ve stayed at a few different villas as well as the hotel at Casa de Campo, and this was by far our favorite spot. The owner was very responsive prior to the trip and helped with any questions I had about planning. The house was better than pictured with a view that you will never want to leave. The staff members Rafael, Mervin, and Eni were very helpful. Rafael could not be more sweet and does a great job looking over the house. Eni made us the most amazing meals (beef tenderloin was my favorite). We had breakfast (French toast so good) and dinner every night at the house. All of Casa De Campo lost power just before we checked in and the house was without power. The owner was very communicative and worked out a solution for us to move for the night, but we decided to wait it out. The power returned at 2:30am and we were happy we had stayed. The power surge caused the AC in one room in the house to break, but this was not an issue for us because we were a small group and the owner was working to repair the AC very quickly.
