What a wonderful experience! On the first day of my arrival, during lunch, I met two wonderful women. So caring! They connected with my family, and I immediately felt safe and at home. The rest of the staff was wonderful, but these two were like our moms, watching over us. They helped us with everything we needed. They were patient, respectful, and professional. I felt like family. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them was amazing. They took care of us and made sure we were okay. I would definitely come back to this place: very clean, well-organized, and their service is exceptional. I plan to come back. I highly recommend this place! And don't forget to ask for Yanibel and Yoneudy. If one isn't there, the other will help you. If they're both there! It's a godsend! My 9-year-old son loved them! It was sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip.

Beautiful property. Customer service was great. Georgina was amazing! The food in the Mediterranean restaurant was cold. The food at the snack bar/restaurant was cold and had flying around the salad bar. The bedding in the bedroom, was not clean and had an odor. The shower was dirty had hair from the previous occupant floating in the bottom of the shower. The lotion in the rooms was not effective for my skin type. No ATM available on the adult only property.
