"We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!! "

"La ubicación, playa y restaurantes mu bueno. La persona el la recepción no era muy amables y los meseros tardaban mucho con las bebidas. El buffet no tenía mucha variedad/ todos los asientos para sentarte a descansar no eran cómodos necesitan que renovarlos. La limpieza era buena y la única persona amable que daba los buenos días era la de limpieza de habitación. Muy amable y educada. Todo lo demás es bueno."

"I was very happy with my stay. The beach is beautiful and well kept. There were many umbrellas so there was enough room to find shade. The rooms were nice. There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these. "

"Nice overall, plenty of options for getting food & drinks, friendly service. Some things ready for repair, like the main lobby staircase. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens. The idea of going to a breakfast for a "talk" would have been better understood if they said "sales presentation" at the begining."
