"Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the...

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"definitely one of the better apartment options amongst a sea of indifference and beaucoup chateau du merde. quite well equipped and furnished. decent bedding and towels. good wifi. Quiet but close to L1 "

"This place is a mess, no one should book, its attached to three major night clubs, play loud music all night, guys are bringing girls to hotel, in the middle of night loud bang on doors by drunk people with girls. no family should book this place..I left and requested for refund whivh they refused. "

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

They even put our pots away while we were out! Damian was very attentive and friendly on reception. Cannot fault a thing. Would definitely stay here again."
