Fantastic, it doesn't mention that on the advert. I request a refund via Hotels.com chat. They say "you chose a non-refundable option, not possible". Even if they (hotel) have withheld information? "Non-refundable, uStay refuse to refund you". I try again another day, stating false advertising - uStay still refuse to refund me. I kept stating how the noise level info was kept from you during the booking, and Hotels.com said "it has Party in the name of the advert, so that must mean, it's going to be noisy - no refunds". I mentioned "who books a hotel, to be kept awake all night? I've never had a noise level disclaimer when booking somewhere to SLEEP" - still they couldn't help. It was the busiest weekend of the year - Eurovision - uStay would have easily sold the room in a heartbeat!!... but instead, I've paid an extortionate amount of money to write this review. Didn't even stay here, we booked a nicer, quieter, location up near anfield.
