"AC not working, no access to balcony from penthouse unit, for ‘insurance reasons’ unless of course you stay for a week? Really unclear about it. Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony. Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself. Excellent location. So many dining options! Close to pedestrian shopping street, buses. "

"We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"

"The property inside was very spacious and well equipped, the mattress could be replaced it is sagging in the Center pretty good. The area was convenient to catch public transportation, walk to shopping and amenities. However at night the SIRENS from emergency response was very loud, street noise and pedestrians were very loud as well. We did not venture out after dark as it did not seem to be all that safe to do so. There was a lot of dodgy activity around the building. "

"This was a great hotel. We stayed in one of the executive rooms. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Very modern and would like to emphasize clean! The room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily without us requesting. The staff added different snacks each day. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. They offer parking for 25/day. Only negative would be the food as did not like the breakfast. Also not the hotel's fault but there is construction outside the surrounding area. This would not change my decision though very nice hotel."
