"Our stay was wonderful. The property is safe and clean. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with. The washing machine is very convenient. Lots of space to hang your clothes. The grounds are quiet and serene. We would love to stay here again someday."

"Very comfortable modern accommodation with some nice thoughtful touches for arriving guests. Quiet location with off street parking and handy for pub, restaurants and train station. Some lovely walks if you have a dog. Would recommend and also return."

"Tucked away on a quiet street sits a lovely townhouse completely equipped with everything one might need to relax. Sit quietly on the back porch, walk the beautiful garden, or stroll just a few blocks for shopping, dining, or gathering items to cook at home. Your host is very accommodating and quick with a response. I will no doubt book again when I return to Petersfield."

"Absolutely a wonderful home with all one needs for a stay. Well stocked kitchen and ample room. Had a small issue with the heat on first day, but the owner immediately responded and fixed. It is very close to town with a 5 min walk via path. The train light show was very nice. The trains stop at 10 pm so no overnight rumbles."

"2 friends meeting up 1/2 way between our homes. Beautiful annex, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Julie & Toby (the dog) greeted us in a very friendly way. Everything we needed and more. Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge and separate freezer. Bread, Milk, Butter and bottled water and chocolates! Peaceful location, our new half way bolt hole. "We stayed here for a few days after Christmas to be near family members. The rooms were all great size for us and the property looked to have been fairly recently redecorated. Nice quiet residential street, which we were conscious not to disturb too much during our visit. We'd stay here again."

"PROS: Clean, comfortable beds. Nice to have a full kitchen to cook and save money by not eating out as much. Washer & dryer combo was a must since we had a long vacation in the UK. Beautiful, large bathroom. Having a larger shower was a joy after being in much smaller ones in previous rentals. Wifi was fast. Enjoyed watching some favorite British shows on the TV. Quick 15 minute walk to the rail station was very convenient. CONS: The washer & dryer combo was very loud and vibrated the floor....

"Filthy dirty.Needed a deep clean .Bad odour as you entered the property. Kitchen oven and extractor fan need serious attention as full of grease and grime which smelt disgusting .Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but lacked items such as colander and cork screw. Glasses needed washing before we could use them. We could only use 2 of the 3bathrooms as the en-suite was full of mould and smelt disgusting. The window surrounds were covered with thick black mould."

"Lovely stay for a weekend, can imagine in the Summer how enjoyable it must be. Lots of animals to feed, check-in basket is super cute, attention to detail leaving us easter eggs (we went on Easter) in the property and by the hen eggs too! Can’t wait to return this time with friends and their kids."
