"The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. "First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"Bob & Ola were very welcoming, knowledgable about the area and they keep a very clean and tidy retreat. Room & bathroom were lovely, views were amazing from the room with two large windows. We only stayed for one night but will definitely stay again."

"This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"It was difficult to get the exact address from the host, even when we were parked on the same street and looking for it. The area was nice and the property was nice overall, and the hamper was very nice and welcome. However, some surfaces were very dusty and under the bed and sofa were absolute filthy, which I found out when I dropped something and had to retrieve it and my arm emerged absolutely covered in dust and hair and general dirt."
