I am always a bit leery of beautiful photos in listings because they can be taken from good angles that mislead you a bit. That couldn’t be further from the truth here. Everything about this property is as perfect as you see in the photos. We hiked local trails, we visited the lovely Kylemore Abbey (and don’t miss the gardens!), we ate at the Renvyle hotel, Veldon’s Seafarer...

There is BBQ grill left charcoal and lighter fo the next visitors. Confused about the recycling..Is glass handled separately? Think the Wi-Fi router needs replacing. Worked fine and then nothing. "Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub...

"We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every day of our visit. The house is comfortable and has everything anyone could need. The manager hosts are thoughtful and helpful. The view is of the magnificent Twelve Bens Mountains and wonderful baby lambs, and occasional Irish hares hopping around the stones. You will love it."

"Property is a compact and cosy house in rural setting. 15+ minutes walk to Ballyconneely which has a convenience store, coffee shop and pub/restaurant. Surrounding countryside is stunning. Guinness Beach is in walking distance and Dogs Bay Beach is 20 min drive. This is a must visit - the nicest Beach I've ever seen. Nearby Clifden (15 min drive) is a bustling town with plenty of shops and restaurants and it has a vibrant feel. We were lucky with the weather too which always helps."

"Everything was perfect for us to enjoy the area and drive into clifden for restaurants and pubs for traditional Irish music. The road is a bit narrow towards the house the last bit but we did it slowly. We also enjoyed great meals at the nearby Connemara sands hotel just near the house."

"We’re “day trippers” and value returning after a day’s foray to a welcoming home. Heaven, Too was just that and more: spacious to the point of luxury, with views that constantly drew the eye. I was often re-reading the same page two or three times because I was either distracted by the scene outside or drifting off in the comfort of the lovely sunroom. Highly recommended."
