“Great hotel in centre of town”
Hotel is in high rise in town centre with great views and lovely rooms.
“Superb Chicago Hotel”
Our travel experience was wonderful. This hotel was simply superb - the staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us . The level of service was excellent and undoubtedly made our whole trip and travel experience wonderful and enjoyable. The hotel is luxiourous and every possible need considered and the staff could not do enough for us to make our visit perfect. Our room was beautiful. We were offered an upgrade on arrival for a small fee but when we saw our own room it was so lovely that we were very happy to remain in our allocated room. We had a lovely view over the lake and the Hancock building adn the room was spacious and welcoming with the most wonderful bed and gorgeous Frette sheets- the utmost in luxury!!. The spa area was excellent and we were able to take full advantage of everything offered. Staying in the Ritz Carlton was a wondeful experience and the level of service and staff swecond to none. We have stayed in several Ritz Carlton hotels throughout the world - from Bali to Barcelona and they have always been superb.
