“Great Value!”

An excellent hotel for the price---great view of the river. The day staff was very helpful---night staff not as much (May be a function of experience). The room was roomy, clean.

“Great View of River & Trump Tower”

Excellent hotel and staff. We were given a corner room with views overlooking the river. Only complaint is that the WIFI was weak and slow, and we were only on the 8th floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Our room was turned each day even when we didn't leave until midday. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, as well.

“Great hotel in the perfect location”

This hotel was great especially at the expedia rate. Right across the Chicago river from Trump Tower and 1 block from the magnificent mile. The 'L' is 1 block away. It is also a short walk to Millennium park. The room was large and comfortable. Had a fantastic view of the river.

Fabulous hotel on the river... rooms are very comfortable and hotel staff superb! The hotel has a cafe with fantastic food in a cozy environment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return
