Breakfast , we can chose rice, miso-soup and etc.... They are good! Room was beutiful. Stuff take us to station nearby hotel without fee. It was convinient. Only problem was dry air...

“The Holiday Inn Express-Arlington Heights, Il.”

FOr a hotel rates 2.5 stars, I was pleasantly surprised to find the accommodations more like a 3.5-4 star if not for the mere comfort, cleanliness and hospitality of the employees. I awoke to a fresh paper every morning of my stay, a nice choice of everyday and healthier choices at the complimentary breakfast. My bed was made up each evening and clean fresh towels replaced used ones even if I folded and returned my used towel to the rack-I tried to save energy from excessive washing. THere is complimentary wireless internet access which was bonus after spending $7.95 on the service offered at the airport. ANd if that isn't enough, the lobby provides an access point complete with computer and screen. I have zero complaints and will stay again if my plans take me to Chicago and vicinity.

“Top notch in every way; highly recommend it!”

Excellent service, excellent accommodations. From the time their shuttle picked me up at O'Hare until they took me back, I had great service. The room was spotless, with plenty of towels and blankets and pillows, which were much appreciated on a February trip. Staff was friendly and accommodating, right down to my request for a toothbrush at 11:30 P.M. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, and an added bonus because I didn't expect it to be available on Sunday but it was.

“Can't wait to go back”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Well maintained. The breakfest offered a good selection. I personally like having coffee available 24 hrs, becuase I'm a very early riser. I thought the rate was very good and very close to where I was going for business. If I visit the area again, I will be staying here.
