“Great Service”

The hotel staff was excellant and I love the location. Wrigley Field is close by as well as Giordano's World Famous Chicago Stuffed Pizza.

“Outstanding Hotel!”

Staying at the Hawthorne Terrace was one of the nicest hotel experiences we have recently had. The hotel was charming, clean and felt like a home away from home. The staff was very helpful and curteous. We really enjoyed going down for breakfast and bringing it back up to our room. It is too bad it wasn't a little warmer because they have a lovely brick courtyard that had tables and seating for just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was close by and the area is safe with lots of cute little shops - including a small convenience store within a half block. Very convenient location with access to bus and train. Nice to stay slightly outside of the city but know it is easy to get to. Stay here - you will love it!

“Perfect location for northern suburbs”

This hotel is located about 2 blocks off N Lakeshore Drive and within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. You will almost miss it driving by because the front of the hotel is a lovely little courtyard with chairs and tables under the shade of numerous trees. The perfect spot to have coffee or just sit and read. Cabs are readily available and so it public transportation. A bit pricey but there's no competition in the area. I would stay there again because we have friends who live within walking distance. But if I find something less expensive I would take it. Also, free botles of water in your room everyday. Nice touch.

“Very great location and nice service”

great location if you want to stay in boystown. close to all the great clubs and bars. whole foods is so close and Ihop if you want to grab breakfast at anytime.

“Great Location”

The hotel was in great condition as was the room. It is close to lots of cool things, including Wrigley Field. Very close to transportation, both the L and city buses that take you right downtown. And it's in a very good neighborhood. Next time I'm staying in the area I will stay here.

“Charming Neighborhood hotel!”

This Best western was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely stay there again when we visit chicago. The rooms were large and newly furnished. Very nice.

“Best Boystown Hotel”

Best Western Hawthorne Terrace is by far the best hotel in the Boystown/Wrigleyville area. They have redone their rooms and are all nicely done. Staff et all are very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and are very quiet (much different than the other hotels in the area.). I highly recommend this hotel.

great hotel in a great area of lakeview, didnt want to stay downtown and this is great alternative if u wanna stay in this area...
