The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. "

"The Westin is conveniently placed above a very nice mall. While the building is clearly older, they have plenty of upgrades. My biggest complaint is that it’s extremely loud on the river in the mornings. That noise woke me every day. "
