I spent five days in New Orleans for a wedding and sight seeing. My second visit. People who greeted me when I signed in were great, and they and others continued to be my entire stay. Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about what to see and where to eat. They always asked what they could do for me. Breakfasts were good and small eating area was sufficient. I felt well taken care of. Don't think I would have felt any better at much more expensive hotels.
Even though the hotel was undergoing some rebuilding work while I was there, it didn't detract from the pleasure of staying here. Great staff, fine rooms, lovely pool and gym area that catches the sun all day and above all, perfect location in the middle of all the key areas in the city. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, fab!
My daughter and I came to New Orleans for the first time for a girls weekend away. The staff at Omni Royal Crescent was excellent everyone there were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great...felt like I was in my own master bedroom and bath. I have to give a BIG shoutout to Dermot there... he was very friendly and very knowledgable of the area...he suggested to us to take the City tour so we can see everything and we took him up on the suggestion. He is a great asset to the hotel. Everyone keep up the great work.
