My room was small but everything was well presented, spotlessly clean, and all the fittings and equipment worked. Bed very comfortable too. Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."
